stress!!!!


STRESS!!!!!da first word dat i posted for this entry...banyak betul benda kena pikir....everythings...anythings....masalah, keje datang macam tu saje....i try to take one day at a time, but sometimes several days attack me at once.

so, when i x stress??..hurmm...dunnoo~~how i manage my stress??!!ermm...mcm2 buat...but, semuanya untuk masa yang singkat jer...pastu, stress datang balik....tension is who you think you should be. but, relaxation is who you are...when i'm in stress mode i'll :

1.makan banyak2...tp, my weight x gain pun..huh...my stress totally out in my head when i got eskrem n double cheeseburger...nyam2...hahaha....~~

2.listen to music.....bukak volume kuat2...(dlm kete je bleh =p)

3.driving!!!...round ke mana2 jer...still remember dat nite i went to somewhere..alone...gila punye stress..huuhu~~

4.crying.....yg tu berlaku if i got many problems...itulah padahnya bila kite pendam sorang2, not share wit our frens....finally...meletup!!haha..stakat ni jaz nangis2 jer..xdela meletup2..huhuu..xpandai nak marah2 nie..=D

thats all...kan best if i can give my stress wings and let it fly away...
